Translucent Kaptures – Policies & Participation Agreement
We are delighted to welcome you to Translucent Kaptures where we combine crystal-clear waters, professional photography, drone photography, and videography into an unforgettable experience. To ensure operational excellence and a safe, enjoyable outing for all participants, please review the following policies. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms in full.
Reservation & Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Unpaid reservations will not be held.
Modifications & Rescheduling
Guests may request to amend their booking (date/time) no later than 24 hours prior to their scheduled session.
Requests submitted within 24 hours of the session start time are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
All modifications are contingent upon availability and are not guaranteed.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your session will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled time are non-refundable. If rescheduling is not feasible due to weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
Arrival & Timing Policy
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. A 10-minute grace period is offered after your session’s start time. Sessions begin promptly; late arrivals may forfeit participation without refund. If you anticipate a delay, contact us in advance. We will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee adjustments.
Weather Policy
Because lighting and safety conditions impact the quality of photoshoots, the photographer may adjust location, timing, or reschedule in the case of poor weather (heavy rain, thunderstorms, unsafe wind, etc.). If rescheduling is not feasible, you will receive a full refund. Final decisions regarding weather are made by our operations team.
Media Consent & Use
Photos and videos will be captured during your sessions. By participating, you grant us permission to use this media for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, contact us prior to your session. (PS. you will be asked during your session as well)
Health & Eligibility
Clients must be physically able to safely enter, exit, and pose in the chosen setting (beach, shallow water, sandbars, or clear kayak).Participants must be 18+, or minors must have a parent/guardian present.By booking, clients confirm they can safely participate and will follow all instructions during the session.
Liability & Risk Acknowledgement
Participants acknowledge and accept that all activities are undertaken at their own risk. The company shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property loss, or damage sustained during the session. All guests are required to complete and sign a liability waiver prior to participation.
Equipment Responsibility
Guests are responsible for all equipment and props provided. Damage caused by negligence or misuse will result in a repair or replacement fee.
